Originally launched in 2014 as Jurong Eco-Garden, the park has been renamed to honour Jurong’s pottery legacy and its connection to Singapore's last two dragon kilns at Thow Kwang Pottery Jungle and Jalan Bahar Clay Studios, which are located next to the park.
