Coast2Coast Trail CP 2 After MRT Chinese Garden Station - Bukit Batok Natural Park (2020)

The Coast-to-Coast Trail is a 36 km trail that spans across Singapore. Stretching from Jurong Lake Gardens in the west to Coney Island Park in the northeast, it will take users through a variety of parks, park connectors, nature areas, places of interest and urban spaces. Some of these include Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park in central Singapore, and Sengkang Riverside Park, in the northeast of our island.

CP2 Bukit Batok Natural Park




Bukit Batok Nature Park - Developed on an abandoned quarry site in 1988, Bukit Batok Nature Park features stunning views and crystal clear waters. Serene and tranquil, it is an ideal place for a peaceful nature walk.


Quarry Pool - A scenic spot that many have found respite in. An image of tranquility will come to mind immediately when you are there.



World War II Memorial Site昭南忠霊塔 (Lorong SeSuai) - A plaque to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of WWII lies at the foot of the site. The Lorong Sesuai area was selected by the Japanese during WWII as a memorial site for the soldiers who died.


Old Bukit Timah Fire Station (260 Upper Bukit Timah Rd, Singapore 588190) - The 0.83ha former Bukit Timah Fire Station (BTFS) dates back to the 1950s, and is the last remaining of three fire stations which were built as part of the post-World War II expansion of Singapore’s Fire Brigade.
