The 1.5 ha Woodlands Healing Garden is NParks’ first park purpose-built for healing and largest therapeutic garden to date. Integrated with Woodlands Health, the various features within the park provide visitors with an array of nature-based experiences for mental, emotional, and physical healing and restoration.

Wildflower Terraces which provide a serene landscape of vibrant flowers and trees with unique textures for meditation and leisure walks.

Nature Playgarden

The Nature Playgarden allows children to play and explore within a naturalistic environment. Materials such as rocks, wood and sand are incorporated into a sand pit, log poles, log stumps, boulder steps and a bamboo forest to stimulate creativity and promote imaginative play amongst children.

Healing Forest

Located at the highest point in the park, the Healing Forest provides an expansive view of the park. It features coloured groves with plants and trees that reflect the various seasons, (e.g. Rainbow Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus deglupta) with its colourful bark patterns). Visitors can enjoy this tranquil and comfortable space with a picturesque view of the park.
