Opened in 1992 that brings together 12 Taoist temples that once stood in Tampines before it was developed, a 270-metre-long dragon sculpture that adorns the temple’s perimeter. There even a Chinese free clinic funded by Charity within the temple

Masjid Darul Ghufran, which opened in 1990, can accommodate up to 5,500 worshippers, making the mosque the biggest in Singapore.

Opened in the 1980s, among the distinguishing features of this park are the fruit-themed playgrounds in the shapes of mangosteens and watermelon slices.
Tampines Town also receive in the 1990s in recognition of its high-quality public housing - World Habitat Award.
